Lake View Banquet Room (Up to 200 guests)
Large windows and expansive patio face west, offering a fantastic view of the Pelican Lakes Golf Course, as well as our incredible Northern Colorado sunsets. The Lake View room is extremely versatile with a full array of audiovisual from a 60 inch screen to 30 inch televisions. There are many room setup options to accommodate your specific event. The room also includes a built-in dance floor, granite top full service bar and its own private restrooms.
Covered Patio (Up to 200 guests)
This new addition to Austin’s Homestead brings the outdoors inside. This covered area is perfect for group events from Spring to Fall by allowing the outdoors in, yet protecting guests from the ever-changing Colorado weather. Twenty feet from the golf course and next to the Pelican Lakes fountain, you and your guests will enjoy the open space of this area along with its stunning landscape.
The Loft (Up to 40 guests)
Surround yourself with rustic elegance. The charming Loft space on the second floor is an upstairs hideaway accented with log cabin architecture and a small private bar. Perfect for luncheons, small business meetings, and conferences, the Loft can be setup in various arrangements to suit your event.
Fireside Room (Up to 20 guests)
This intimate private dining room is complete with a cozy fireplace. The Fireside Room is connected to the restaurant and is the ideal location for a luncheon, small meeting or F.A.C.
The Island (Up to 400+ guests)
Located just south of the Pelican Lakes golf course is The Island, a gorgeous location for events like company picnics or a team-building day outside. Surround yourself with acres of lush green grass, colorful landscaping, sandy beaches with available beach volleyball courts and a bonfire pit. Tents can be set up to provide intimacy as well as protection from weather conditions. Includes private parking for your guests only.
